Daily Schedule

You are supposed to follow daily routine as per designed by Yoga Alliance, USA 200 YTTC program. The daily training routine varies from six to seven hour. The day begins at sharp 5:30 in the morning till 6 pm. It covers the entire practical and theoretical curriculum. Daily attendance is pre-requisite with daily experiences written in your personal notebook.
