This course ushers in a confluence of three distinct streams of spiritual practices. Yoga enables your body & mind to pursue higher spiritual goal as well as fulfilled and successful material life. Vedanta addresses most fundamental & perennial questions of our existence, in Indian tradition, it is known as path of knowledge (Jnana-Yoga). Thus, Vedanta satiates our deep inquisitives regarding the nature of ultimate reality. Tantra explores the same ultimate reality, through deeper and intense engagement with lively pulsating tangible reality by employing your senses and heart.
What is Vedanta?
Vedanta literally means end or culmination of Vedas, which is also as Upanishad. Upanishad stands for mysterious and secretive knowledge imparted by enlightened gurus to sincere disciples. Upanishad primarily deals with “Brahman Vidya”, the knowledge of ultimate reality. According to Vedanta, reality within (self) and reality outside (world) are not two, there is one undifferentiated flow of consciousness, and this is sole constituent of reality. In Vedantic wisdom, subject and object poles merge into one reality.
What is Tantra?
Tantra is one of the most prominent spiritual disciplines flourished in India. Tantra accepts life in its all hues and rhythms, Vedanta & yoga exhort us to turn our attention from phenomenal and tangible reality to inner space of pure consciousness, whereas Tantra tells to keep our attention intact to the tangible reality with deep and arisen awareness.
