Introductory Lessons in Tantra

Tantra is an all-accepting and life-positive approach to spirituality. It harnesses creative and aesthetical dimensions of our being to raise higher level of consciousness. Tantra also works on energy centers existing in our body known as chakras. Activation of these chakras opens up infinite possibilities of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being.

The daily regimen will run for six to seven hours including separate session for practical & theoretical training. The course will run for six days in a week. The total duration of the course is 15 days.

You have to attend daily classes of 6-7 hrs. It is 28 day (200 hr YTTC) & 45 days (300 hr YTTC) program, and every day practical (asana, pranayam & meditation), theoretical (philosophy, anatomy & physiology) classes are conducted.

Yes, you can join the course. Light asana series with mild stretching under the guidance of yoga master will remove the stiffness in your body. Yoga blocks, belts and other aids will help you to attain flexibility in your body.

Yes, you can join any teaching course. It starts from basic level, and then goes to intermediate and advanced level. It is advisable to start from basic, and then go for intermediary and advance level of yoga teachers training courses.

Yoga is best for one and all—old, misfit and fragile persons. Yogic exercise promotes and maintains the healthy body. It improves your digestive, circulatory, respiratory and excretory system. The regular practice ensures physical and mental strength under the guidance of competent yoga guru.

Hatha yoga is the best choice. It is traditional & easy to learn under the guidance of guru. From physical to spiritual level, it slowly advances to the higher practice of yoga. It starts with stretching, calm asanas & light pranayama & meditation.

There is no need of any qualification or degree. You must have knowledge of English, as the medium of instruction is English. You approach guru with open mind.
