Prof. (Dr.) Puja Chauhan is living example of exception, where two streams of distinct knowledge merge for human emancipation. Besides being an M.B.B.S. from prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College (University of Delhi) and M.D. (Anatomy) from Lady Hardinge Medical College (University of Delhi), Yoga, spirituality and meditation are like second breath for her. On the vital complementary knowledge stream of Yoga i.e. ‘Human Anatomy’, her research articles are regularly published in various national and international journals. In her constant endeavor to achieve a better understanding of Yogic science and its applications, she has done ‘Foundation Course in Yoga Science for Wellness’, followed by a ‘Certificate Course in Yogasana (CCY) for health promotion’ from Moraji Desai Institute of Yoga under Ministry of Aayush, Govt. of India.
