This is one week yoga & meditation retreat which is a basic course. If you combine your retreat with basic learning of hatha yoga, then this is best choice. You go through methodology of yoga in concise form where you learn practical and theoretical learning. It clears your all doubts and helps in drifting you towards yoga and meditation.
The hatha yoga asanas are adjusted and aligned to suit the modern yoga practitioners. It will help them in the self-practice for health, peace and balance in mind & body. Course curriculum for yoga & meditation retreat:
Meditation: It can be self-meditation or group meditation. The techniques of meditation are easy based on your breath and controlling of mind. Releasing stress from over-burdened mind, the simple meditative techniques will yield the positive outcomes.
Each day will start early in the morning with wake-up call at 5:30. The daily five hour practice is intended to elevate your level of energy and to sharpen your concentration needed for meditation.
