Daily Regimen

The day starts with early wake-up call in silence of nature. The morning mist is always there to welcome. Six hours will be devoted to practical/theoretical training, and after lunch, you can go for excursion in deep surroundings of nature.

The Spirit Yoga Foundations has set standard rules & regulations to maintain decorum and dignity of yoga wisdom which all students are expected to follow strictly.

Course Requirements :

  • Must stay in center during course
  • Maintain a distance from teachers
  • Each student must have his/her own health insurance
  • Outing is not allowed during duration of the course
  • Contact manager in case any query/demand

  • Regular attendance is enviable
  • Wear yoga dress in all yoga classes

Our center is in sylvan surroundings of nature on the outskirts of Rishikesh. It is far away from the hustle-bustle from the crowded town.
